A balanced
diet is very important to our body. Eating diet food helps us to change our
life style. We all know that the there are many kinds of food. Some food is
very delicious but not healthy and other not delicious but healthy. Many people
think they should eat diet meals to have a healthy life. On the other hand,
people think a balanced diet is not so important in their life. In this piece
of writing I will give some advantages and disadvantages about a balanced diet.
The first
advantage is that eating diet meals will help you to change your lifestyle. For
example, the diet meals will help you to wake up early and you can do whatever
you like. The second advantage is that a balanced diet is very healthy. Of
course you will not be lazy but you will enjoy your job without getting tired.
There are
many things that will help you a lot to decrease your weight like. Diet meals
and doing exercise and live in a clean environment.
I agree with
people who think that eating diet meals is healthy because a balanced diet is
the best way to change your life style. It will help your mind to think.
